What is your return policy?

We offer a 30 day return policy. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, contact us for return instructions, return the item to us and we will promptly issue a refund in the amount of the purchase price of the item(s) returned. Taxes & Shipping fees are not refundable.

Need to know info:

  • You MUST contact us prior to returning the item(s) or the return may be refused.
  • Item(s) returned must be in new and unused condition.
  • Items that have been customized to glow may be returned for store credit only.
  • If your item contains glass and is broken upon receipt, you must notify us within 72 hours. Glass is fragile and breakable, these pendants should be treated with care. Broken glass items that were not broken when received and/or we were not notified were broken when received within the 72 hour window are not eligible for return.
  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
  • We issue refunds to the original payment method only except where stated above.
